Our process begins with your quote. When you submit your quote, try to give us the information that you think we need in order to complete the task for you just the way you want it done. 

Step 1: Submit a quote.

It doesn't matter how small or large the task is, we just need to know what you want to be done, and when you want it done so we can get to work...

Once you submit your quote, we will review it to see if there is anything we think we will need to get your task completed to your delight. 

Step 2: Review your requirements for 100% clarity.

Once we receive your requirements, we will conduct a thorough review to make sure we understand exactly what you want done and when you want it complete. If we have questions, we will reach out and get any clarifications needed. Once we have all the information we need, we will begin the vendor matching process with our pre-vetted vendors.

Once our vendor gets back to us, we will send you over the price along with delivery date, and a payment link so you can get started. Once you are satisfied with the price, process the payment then we can get started...

Step 3: We get to work on your task immediately.

Once we receive your payment, we send you an email notification and continue to keep you in the loop. We turn our vendor loose on your task and manage them to make sure your task is getting done per your specifications. As the project continues, we get and convey regular updates from our vendor. If there are any tweaks or modifications along the way, we make sure our vendor captures and completes those so the final deliverable is what you want.

While your project is getting worked on, we are in constant communication with our carefully vetted vendors to make sure they are completing the project per your requirements. We stay in constant communication with the vendor and with you so that there is a steady flow of two way communication and nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 4: Task completion and handover.

Once we the task is complete, we review it against your requirements and make sure everything was captured and integrated into the task. If there are any issues or inconsistencies, we go back to the vendor to have them fix any last minute items. We do another review and once we are satisfied that it captures exactly what you wanted when you submitted the task to us, we send it over to you for approval. If you are happy with everything, you can accept the task, or if you want any changes based on the original requirements that we did not catch (that almost never happens), we work with you and the vendor to make sure you get what you wanted. Once we have done that, we close out the project.
